Kate has a background in business development, fundraising, and consultancy, providing commercial and strategic guidance to organizations, businesses, individuals, and charities.

She is a certified trauma informed coach working alongside organizations and charities whose clientele have experienced trauma or sudden traumatic events. She is currently in the process of obtaining her ACC credential via the International Coaching Federation.

Her career began at Kroll, a company that provides services and digital products related to governance, risk, and transparency.
