About
Kate has a background in business development, fundraising, and consultancy, providing commercial and strategic guidance to organizations, businesses, individuals, and charities.
She is a certified trauma informed coach working alongside organizations and charities whose clientele have experienced trauma or sudden traumatic events. She is currently in the process of obtaining her ACC credential via the International Coaching Federation.
Her career began at Kroll, a company that provides services and digital products related to governance, risk, and transparency. Kate then became a founder and managing director of the Good Governance Group (G3). She oversaw its private client practice, advising clients and family offices on crisis and risk, privacy, and reputation management.
At G3, Kate was seconded to identify and work with corporate and individual donors on an international $200 million legacy project for the late Duke of Westminster – an advisory council member for the Company. As a result, the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre successfully was designed and built, now serving the needs of serving members of the Armed Forces.
Kate was also a Director of US-based, The Cranemere Group, setting up the governance and legal structure for its UK Holding Company.
As a consultant, Kate has advised on significant business development projects in the Middle East (C5 Accelerate and Amazon Web Services) and the UK (Royal Foundation and Digitalis Reputation Ltd). Currently, Kate works between London and Lisbon.
