Anita’s has a keen ability to generate conversation. Her fun loving personality and sense of humour combined with skillful questioning creates an environment of safety that allows individuals to open up to deeper conversations.
She has worked with the RCMP for the past 20 years educating and training Police Officers Resiliency Strategies for both Physical and Mental health. She graduated with an MA from the University of Alberta where she focused on Employee Wellness and Behaviour Modification. She has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with a Certified Exercise Physiologist designation, is an athlete who loves travel and trekking, and a mother to two young men.
Since 1997 Anita has been involved with the RCMP Peer Support program. She is trained in Critical Incident Stress De briefings, and has been involved with supporting Police officers who are in post trauma crisis. More recently her time is spent as a Trainer, teaching police officers; Road to Mental Readiness (R2MR), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Her primary focus has been on the impact of organizational and operational stress, and how it affects all aspects of an individual’s wellness; physical, psychological, social and emotional.
As an Erickson College graduate, Anita’s interest in Psychology and Neuro-Science continues to enlighten her in learning better techniques for assisting individuals dealing with Operational Stress Injuries. She is an active member of the Mental Health Police Advisor Committee in Alberta and the Canadian Law Enforcement Committee which are instrumental in developing programs towards increasing the awareness of Mental Health and Suicide in the Law Enforcement community. Anita has the gift of helping people see the lighter side of situations and truly wants to make a difference in their lives. Anything is possible, you only have one life to live, so live it!

Nathalie Laurin is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Having worked in the non-profit, private and public service sectors, Nathalie has gained a myriad of work and life experience. She worked in the areas of mental health, training and development, early childhood, disaster response, health promotion, addiction services, business planning and development, risk management and social services.
Presently, Nathalie runs her own coaching business – MamaCoach – in which she supports moms struggling with Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. She is also employed with the Department of Fisheries and Ocean to develop and implement an internal coaching network. As part of this project, she supports coaches with their training and development in addition to coaching employees of the Department. Lastly, Nathalie is a training assistant with Erickson College in the Arts and Science of Coaching program and runs a group coaching program for coaches in training.
On a personal note, Nathalie has firsthand experience with overcoming PTSD and most recently Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. Nathalie has experienced her own struggles with mental health and the necessity for a strong support system. Her recovery has fueled her passion to work with people who are determined to overcome their struggles and who want to build a life they love.

Driven by a passion for personal and human potential development, Isabelle completed the Arts and Science of Coaching with Erickson College in 2004 and, with advanced coaching studies in 2012, earned accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation since 2014. Building on her interest for working with people in life transitions, Isabelle researched and wrote about the challenges and opportunities of midlife which resulted in the publication of her book: Living Forward, Giving Back: A Practical Guide to Fulfillment in Midlife and Beyond. With the intent to support retiring professionals to proactively create a fulfilling re-engagement, Isabelle completed a certification as a Retirement Coach with Retirement Options based in the U.S.
For the past ten years, she has worked with individuals, groups and couples, coast to coast, supporting them to navigate work/life transitions, such as career change, business start-up, relationship challenges and retirement. Following a recent certification as a Relational Somatic Trauma Therapy practitioner, Isabelle has also been working with people who have experienced trauma, grief and traumatic stress; helping them to integrate and heal as well as regain more vitality and move forward with joy.
Expanding her passion for development into organizational development, Isabelle completed a graduate level Certificate in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in 2005. She also initiated and co-authored an award-winning anthology entitled: Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination, and Excellence in the Workplace. As a member of the B.C. association of Human Resources Professionals, Isabelle is a regular contributor to their quarterly magazine PeopleTalk.

For the past ten years, she has worked with individuals, groups and couples, coast to coast, supporting them to navigate work/life transitions, such as career change, business start-up, relationship challenges and retirement. Following a recent certification as a Relational Somatic Trauma Therapy practitioner, Isabelle has also been working with people who have experienced trauma, grief and traumatic stress; helping them to integrate and heal as well as regain more vitality and move forward with joy.
Expanding her passion for development into organizational development, Isabelle completed a graduate level Certificate in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in 2005. She also initiated and co-authored an award-winning anthology entitled: Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination, and Excellence in the Workplace. As a member of the B.C. association of Human Resources Professionals, Isabelle is a regular contributor to their quarterly magazine PeopleTalk.

Liane began her career as an RCMP Officer in Nequac, New Brunswick in 1993. In partnership with the Department of National Defence she helped develop a workshop used by DND tailored to first responders. This workshop known as the Road to Mental Readiness was approved by the Commissioner of the RCMP and is a mandatory workshop for all RCMP employees.
Liane received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee award for her dedication and exceptional work as Coordinator of the Member Employee Assistance Program. She has been presented with the Commanding Officer’s achievement award for her time as the Return to Work Coordinator. She was commended by the Commanding Officer for her role in ensuring the emotional wellbeing of members directly/indirectly involved in the June 4th, 2014 shooting in Moncton, N.B.
A highlight of her career was the approval of the Road to Mental Readiness at a National level. It is now being implemented across the country. Liane is involved with the SPARK training program through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Liane’s work to optimize the mental health and wellbeing of the Public-Safety Answering point (PSAP) employees of Fredericton has proved successful with its expansion of the services to all their first responders for the city of Fredericton. A true sign of the commitment to her work.
Liane is a highly qualified coach with exceptional skills in crisis counselling and mediation. Her inquisitive follow through helps clients determine any barriers to their progress. Her encouragement to use positive coping strategies in handling stress, combined with being readily available when you require support makes her an outstanding contribution in the healing trauma process.
