We are happy to tailor a coaching solutions package specific to your needs or concerns. If you find your schedule works best with one session every two weeks for four months, or two sessions a week for a month, we are open to all configurations for you to succeed. Please contact us with the full details of your request. We would be honoured to work out a schedule that best suits your needs.
The Support Sessions
(60 minute session*)
60 minute sessions pay as you need.
The Three Month Bronze Package
(3 weeks x 3 months x 60 minute session*)
60 minute sessions once a week for three consecutive weeks with a one week break for three months.
The Six Month Silver Package
(3 weeks x 6 months x 60 minute session*)
60 minute sessions once a week for three consecutive weeks with a one week break for six months.
The Twelve Month Gold Package
(3 weeks x 12 months x 60 minute session*)
60 minute sessions once a week for three consecutive weeks with a one week break for twelve months.
MBTI (Myers Briggs)
The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator is a self-inventory test designed to identify a person's personality type, strengths and preferences. Used to evaluate employees within corporations and ensure they are in the most productive position possible. These tests can be conducted on an individual basis or as 360° examinations for your corporation.
The theory of psychological type was introduced in the 1920s by Carl G. Jung. The MBTI tool was developed in the 1940s by Isabel Briggs Myers and the original research was done in the 1940s and '50s.
Emotional Intelligence - EQ-i2.0
Transforming managers into leaders. We break down leadership into its component parts (self-knowledge, relationship-building, effective communication, team effectiveness) and then we break down those component parts further (emotional intelligence competencies) and coach managers with one-one coaching sessions so organizations can increase their bottom-line results.
The EQ 360 Assessment report contains the clients own self-report EQ-i 2.0 results as well as the ratings of other individuals belonging to various selected groups.

With a minimum of 3-4 per group, excellent comparisons are obtained between the EQ ratings of the manager who is being rated and how their various groups rate them. From the report a discussion of the results and Coaching around areas of lower scores will result in further development of successful leadership.
